Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Chemicals essences and high value items must be sent to the customer by an authorised method in compliance with COSHH regulations and must be signed for. Therefore a minimum charge of £10.00 will be added to despatch goods to cover transportation and environmental charges.

If the customer fails to take delivery of any good in accordance with the contract then the company shall arrange storage at the customer's risk and cost (including transportation).

Delivery Schedule All orders are despatched within 10 - 14 business days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy NON-DELIVERY OR SHORTAGES

Non-delivery must be notified to the company within 24 hours of invoice date, quoting any references available. Shortages must be notified to the company within 12 hours of receipt of original delivery. Claims made beyond these boundaries will not be accepted.

RETURN OF GOODS

Goods can be returned if found to be defective, by agreement with the company. Where goods are supplied in accordance with the customer's instructions, returns will be subject to a 20% handling charge of the invoiced value. Non-stock, special order requirements and chemicals cannot be returned.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

If upon delivery, or thereafter any goods appear to be defective in material or workmanship, then the customer must advise the company in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Telephone calls will not be accepted. If such goods proved to be defective to the satisfaction of the company, then the company will either replace such products free of charge or refund the purchase price accordingly

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION - CANCELLATION PERIODS

These regulations give you rights to cancel an order. This is to allow the consumer the opportunity to examine the goods or consider the nature of a service as per the Distance Selling Act 2000.

If you cancel an order, written notice must be given to Life Leisure Ltd. by:

goods – seven working days from the day after that on which the goods are received by you;
services – seven working days from the day after that on which the consumer agrees to go ahead with the contract.

Where a contract is cancelled, you must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and 'return' them to Life Leisure Ltd.

Life Leisure will refund the sale as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation.

Remittance Terms OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

The risk of goods passes onto the buyer upon delivery; however, beneficial ownership shall remain with the company until full payment has been received for the goods.
